Speaking Information
Elaine Sephton — The Real English Elaine
From surviving multiple suicide attempts to a brain scan that proved recovery is real. Elaine Sephton helps audiences move from silence to action on brain health.
Elaine speaks with honesty, courage, and hope about brain health, depression, suicide prevention, and living authentically. Originally from Liverpool, England, she has called the United States home since 1998 and brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership, communication, learning and development, and organizational change.
Her message is deeply personal. After walking through depression and surviving multiple suicide attempts, Elaine began a journey that led her to understand how brain health shapes emotional wellness and healing. Today she is a Certified and Licensed Brain Health Trainer and Coach through Amen University, and she draws on both her professional background and lived experience to help audiences move from awareness to action.
Why Invite Elaine?
Elaine brings a rare blend of professional expertise, neuroscience-backed training, and lived experience. She doesn't speak from theory — she knows what it feels like to struggle in silence, and she understands the pressure people carry in workplaces, families, schools, and churches.
Her talks create safe, honest, and practical conversations. Audiences leave with a clearer understanding of the brain, greater compassion for themselves and others, and real steps they can take toward resilience and hope.
She speaks to workplaces, conferences, churches, schools, nonprofits, and community groups, with each program tailored to the audience in the room — leaders, youth, parents, educators, or the wider community, each designed to inspire awareness, action, and lasting transformation.
