Faith + Neuroscience = Transformation

WE did it. God and I.

Faith without works is dead, and this week, the work bore fruit.

In 2022, I graduated as a Certified Brain Health Trainer and Coach from Amen University.

But growth never stops. Neuroscience keeps evolving, and so must we.

So, I returned as a student in the May 11A Cohort, and on September 30th, I proudly graduated again, this time as an Elite Brain Health Coach.

If you know my story, you know that between 2023 and 2025, I walked through what my therapist called “the desert.”

I call it the grape-to-vintage-wine process. Crushing. Refining. Transforming.

Now, I live and breathe brain health.

My mission? To shift the conversation from mental health to brain health, so that mental illness receives the same compassion as physical illness.

I’m a lifelong learner.

Yesterday, I attended a webinar on burnout and the brain, and it reminded me of my friends in Corporate America, high performers carrying invisible loads.

In 2027, I’ll be offering services to help professionals recognize and recover from burnout. Imagine a world where brain health is seen as essential to personal and corporate success.

For now, I pause to say: Thank You, God, for the gift of life, and the purpose that fuels it.
